Oysters and Cocktail Sauce
100g (1/2c) Carbone Arrabbiata
4g (1 Tbsp) Lemon juice
3g (3/4 Tbsp) Tabasco Sauce
5g (1 1/4 tsp) Freshly grated horseradish (Micro-planed)
3g (3/4 tsp) Lea and Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
Salt to taste
1. To create the cocktail sauce, simply mix all of the ingredients together.
2. Shuck all 12 oysters.
3. Garnish each with 1g of salt and minced chive.
