Carbone sauce is the best on the market. I always made my own sauce- which I still do but not as frequently. This sauce is so good! I use it for chicken parm, simmer my meatballs in it and use on our home made pizzas. We even dip garlic bread in it! Love all the natural ingredients and no added sugar. Best jarred marinara I’ve ever tasted!
The sauce is full-flavored and balanced. Text is thick with a bit of texture, not like a canned tomato sauce. It plays well with whatever your want to add to it, e.g., ground beef, pork, shredded chicken. It easily tops my former fave marinara for the past few years. Given the price difference between Carbone and my 2nd fave, I will use it judiciously. GREAT PRODUCT!
